My relationship with clients is all about trust. They trust me. I deliver.

My clients rely on me to meet the brief, deliver on time and within budget. I’ll also go the extra mile when deadlines and other factors come into play.

I’m not precious about my work

Sometimes you’ve got to tread carefully around creative types. Not with me. I understand business and how companies operate. I’m happy to revise, retune and refine my text for whatever reason. I’ll give sound advice. But you’re the one who decides what works and what doesn’t.

Client confidentiality

You’ll find me friendly, patient, courteous, helpful, loyal and discreet when that’s needed. I understand the pressures you face. I’ll be happy to sign your non-disclosure agreements if you have them.

My clients tend to be UK-based or are global companies with a UK office. But I’m happy working for well-established companies based overseas.

Interesting projects are great for me. But a trusted, professional relationship is most important.
